Zweites Wohnbaugesetz-Änderungsgesetz
Dieses Gesetz gilt gemäß § 13 Abs. 1 des Dritten Überleitungsgesetzes vom 4. Januar 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I S. 1) auch im Land Berlin mit der Maßgabe, daß in Artikel VI § 1 Abs. 1 das Datum "20. Juni 1948" durch das Datum "24. Juni 1948" ersetzt wird. Rechtsverordnungen, die auf Grund dieses Gesetzes erlassen werden, gelten im Land Berlin nach § 14 des Dritten Überleitungsgesetzes.
