Dieses Gesetz tritt am 1. Januar 2010 in Kraft.
Gleichzeitig tritt das Wohnungsbauförderungsgesetz in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 27. November 2003 (GV. NRW. 2004 S. 212), zuletzt geändert durch Gesetz vom 17. Februar 2009 (GV. NRW. S. 83), außer Kraft.
