Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Eine Prüfung der Gültigkeit der Wahlen zum Landtag findet durch diesen nur auf Einspruch statt.
(2) Auf Antrag kann auch festgestellt werden,daßein Abgeordneter nach der Wahl die Mitgliedschaft im Landtag verloren hat.
