Ist eine Sicherungshypothek im Zwangsverfahren eingetragen, so ist bei Veräußerung des belasteten Grundstücks die Zwangsvollstreckung in das Grundstück gegen den Rechtsnachfolger zulässig. § 10 gilt entsprechend.
