Für die sachliche und örtliche Zuständigkeit gelten die §§ 17 bis 17b des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes entsprechend. Beschlüsse entsprechend § 17a Abs. 2 und 3 des Gerichtsverfassungsgesetzes sind unanfechtbar.
