Die für jedes Verwaltungsgericht erforderliche Zahl von ehrenamtlichen Richtern wird durch den Präsidenten so bestimmt, daß voraussichtlich jeder zu höchstens zwölf ordentlichen Sitzungstagen im Jahr herangezogen wird.
