(1) (Inkrafttreten)
(2) bis (6) (Aufhebungs-, Änderungs- und zeitlich überholte Vorschriften)
(7) Für Rechtsvorschriften im Sinne des § 47, die vor dem 1. Januar 2007 bekannt gemacht worden sind, gilt die Frist des § 47 Abs. 2 in der bis zum Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2006 geltenden Fassung.
