Bis zum Ablauf des sich nach § 83 Absatz 2 der Vergabeverordnung ergebenden Tages sind
- 1.
- § 2 Absatz 3 nicht anzuwenden und
- 2.
- die §§ 2, 17, 18, 35 und 39 in ihrer am 23. August 2023 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
