Die Grundrechte auf Versammlungsfreiheit nach Artikel 8 des Grundgesetzes, informationelle Selbstbestimmung nach Artikel 1 Absatz 1 in Verbindung mit Artikel 2 Absatz 1 des Grundgesetzes, auf Freizügigkeit nach Artikel 11 Absatz 1 des Grundgesetzes sowie auf Eigentum nach Artikel 14 des Grundgesetzes werden nach Maßgabe dieses Gesetzes eingeschränkt.
