Der Verleger ist nicht berechtigt, ein Einzelwerk für eine Gesamtausgabe oder ein Sammelwerk sowie Teile einer Gesamtausgabe oder eines Sammelwerkes für eine Sonderausgabe zu verwerten. Soweit jedoch eine solche Verwertung auch während der Dauer des Urheberrechts einem jeden freisteht, bleibt sie dem Verleger gleichfalls gestattet.
