Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1) Die Landesregierung beschließt über Gesetzesvorlagen, die beim Landtag einzubringen sind.
(2) Die Landesregierung erläßt die zur Ausführung eines Gesetzes erforderlichen Verwaltungsverordnungen, soweit das Gesetz diese Aufgabe nicht einzelnen Ministern zuweist.
