Staatsrecht II: Grundrechte
(1) Großbetriebe der Grundstoffindustrie und Unternehmen, die wegen ihrer monopolartigen Stellung besondere Bedeutung haben, sollen in Gemeineigentum überführt werden.
(2) Zusammenschlüsse, die ihre wirtschaftliche Macht missbrauchen, sind zu verbieten.
