Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetz
(1) Die Verfassung eines Versicherungsvereins auf Gegenseitigkeit wird durch die Satzung bestimmt, soweit sie nicht auf den folgenden Vorschriften beruht.
(2) Die Satzung muss notariell beurkundet sein.
