Die §§ 32, 32a, 32d bis 32f und 38 Absatz 4 finden zwingend Anwendung
- 1.
- wenn auf den Nutzungsvertrag mangels einer Rechtswahl deutsches Recht anzuwenden wäre oder
- 2.
- soweit Gegenstand des Vertrages maßgebliche Nutzungshandlungen im räumlichen Geltungsbereich dieses Gesetzes sind.
