Das Recht der Wiedergabe durch Bild- oder Tonträger ist das Recht, Vorträge oder Aufführungen des Werkes mittels Bild- oder Tonträger öffentlich wahrnehmbar zu machen. § 19 Abs. 3 gilt entsprechend.
