(1) Die §§ 64 bis 67, 69, 105 Abs. 1 bis 3 und § 138 Abs. 5 treten am Tage nach der Verkündung dieses Gesetzes in Kraft.
(2) Im übrigen tritt dieses Gesetz am 1. Januar 1966 in Kraft.
