Urheberrechts-Diensteanbieter-Gesetz
(1) Dieses Gesetz ist auf verwandte Schutzrechte im Sinne des Urheberrechtsgesetzes und ihre Inhaber entsprechend anzuwenden.
(2) Der Direktvergütungsanspruch nach § 4 steht nur dem Lichtbildner und dem ausübenden Künstler zu.
