(1) Soweit in diesem Gesetz vorgeschrieben, ist der Verschmelzungsvertrag oder sein Entwurf durch einen oder mehrere sachverständige Prüfer (Verschmelzungsprüfer) zu prüfen.
(2) § 8 Abs. 3 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
