Erhöht die übernehmende Gesellschaft zur Durchführung der Verschmelzung ihr Grundkapital, so darf die Verschmelzung erst eingetragen werden, nachdem die Durchführung der Erhöhung des Grundkapitals im Register eingetragen worden ist.
