Umwandlungsgesetz
Eine Verschmelzung auf eine Partnerschaftsgesellschaft ist nur möglich, wenn im Zeitpunkt ihres Wirksamwerdens alle Anteilsinhaber übertragender Rechtsträger natürliche Personen sind, die einen Freien Beruf ausüben (§ 1 Abs. 1 und 2 des Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesetzes). § 1 Abs. 3 des Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesetzes bleibt unberührt.
