Umwandlungsrecht
Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer
- 1.
- entgegen § 315 Absatz 3 Satz 1 Nummer 1 oder 4 oder § 316 Absatz 2 Satz 5, jeweils auch in Verbindung mit § 329 Satz 1, entgegen § 342 Absatz 3 Satz 1 Nummer 1 oder 4 oder § 343 Absatz 2 Satz 5 eine Versicherung nicht richtig abgibt oder
- 2.
- entgegen § 315 Absatz 3 Satz 2, auch in Verbindung mit § 329 Satz 1, oder entgegen § 342 Absatz 3 Satz 2 eine Mitteilung nicht richtig macht.
