Umwandlungsrecht
(1) Soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist, kann eine Körperschaft oder Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts durch Formwechsel nur die Rechtsform einer Kapitalgesellschaft erlangen.
(2) Der Formwechsel ist nur möglich, wenn die Körperschaft oder Anstalt rechtsfähig ist und das für sie maßgebende Bundes- oder Landesrecht einen Formwechsel vorsieht oder zuläßt.
