(1) Ein Versicherungsverein auf Gegenseitigkeit, der kein kleinerer Verein im Sinne des § 210 des Versicherungsaufsichtsgesetzes ist, kann auf Grund eines Formwechselbeschlusses nur die Rechtsform einer Aktiengesellschaft erlangen.
(2) Der Formwechsel ist nur möglich, wenn auf jedes Mitglied des Vereins, das an der Aktiengesellschaft beteiligt wird, mindestens eine volle Aktie entfällt.
