(1) Auf das Abfindungsangebot nach § 207 Abs. 1 Satz 1 ist § 270 Abs. 1 entsprechend anzuwenden.
(2) Absatz 1 und die §§ 207 bis 212 sind auf den Formwechsel eines eingetragenen Vereins, der nach § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 9 des Körperschaftsteuergesetzes von der Körperschaftsteuer befreit ist, nicht anzuwenden.
