Durch den Formwechsel werden die bisherigen Mitgliedschaften zu Anteilen an der Gesellschaft neuer Rechtsform und zu Teilrechten. § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 2, Abs. 2 und 3 ist entsprechend anzuwenden.
