(1) Auf die Vorbereitung der Mitgliederversammlung, die den Formwechsel beschließen soll, sind die §§ 229, 230 Abs. 2 Satz 1 und 2, § 231 Satz 1 und § 260 Abs. 1 entsprechend anzuwenden. § 192 Abs. 2 bleibt unberührt.
(2) Auf die Mitgliederversammlung, die den Formwechsel beschließen soll, ist § 239 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und Abs. 2 entsprechend anzuwenden.
