Umwandlungsrecht
(1) Ein rechtsfähiger Verein kann auf Grund eines Formwechselbeschlusses nur die Rechtsform einer Kapitalgesellschaft oder einer eingetragenen Genossenschaft erlangen.
(2) Ein Verein kann die Rechtsform nur wechseln, wenn seine Satzung oder Vorschriften des Landesrechts nicht entgegenstehen.
