(1) Das Abfindungsangebot nach § 207 Abs. 1 Satz 1 gilt auch für jedes Mitglied, das dem Formwechsel bis zum Ablauf des dritten Tages vor dem Tage, an dem der Formwechselbeschluss gefaßt worden ist, durch eingeschriebenen Brief widersprochen hat.
(2) Zu dem Abfindungsangebot ist eine gutachtliche Äußerung des Prüfungsverbandes einzuholen. § 30 Abs. 2 Satz 2 und 3 ist nicht anzuwenden.
