Die §§ 72a und 72b gelten für einen Formwechsel in eine Aktiengesellschaft oder eine Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien entsprechend. Der Formwechselbeschluss hat die Erklärung gemäß § 72a Absatz 1 Satz 1 zu enthalten.
