In den Jahresbilanzen des übernehmenden Rechtsträgers können als Anschaffungskosten im Sinne des § 253 Abs. 1 des Handelsgesetzbuchs auch die in der Schlußbilanz eines übertragenden Rechtsträgers angesetzten Werte angesetzt werden.
