Erlangt ein persönlich haftender Gesellschafter einer formwechselnden Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien beim Formwechsel in eine Kommanditgesellschaft die Rechtsstellung eines Kommanditisten, so ist auf seine Haftung für die im Zeitpunkt des Formwechsels begründeten Verbindlichkeiten der formwechselnden Gesellschaft § 224 entsprechend anzuwenden.
