Umwandlungsrecht
Ein Formwechselbericht ist nur erforderlich, wenn ein Partner der formwechselnden Partnerschaft gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 des Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesetzes von der Geschäftsführung ausgeschlossen ist. Von der Geschäftsführung ausgeschlossene Partner sind entsprechend § 216 zu unterrichten.
