Im Falle des § 217 Abs. 1 Satz 2 ist die Angemessenheit der angebotenen Barabfindung nach § 208 in Verbindung mit § 30 Abs. 2 nur auf Verlangen eines Gesellschafters zu prüfen. Die Kosten trägt die Gesellschaft.
