Einer anderweitigen Veräußerung des Anteils durch einen Anteilsinhaber, der nach § 207 Adressat des Abfindungsangebots ist, stehen nach Fassung des Formwechselbeschlusses bis zum Ablauf der in § 209 Satz 1 bestimmten Frist Verfügungsbeschränkungen nicht entgegen.
