Eine Klage gegen die Wirksamkeit des Formwechselbeschlusses kann nicht darauf gestützt werden, daß das Angebot nach § 207 nicht angemessen oder daß die Barabfindung im Formwechselbeschluss nicht oder nicht ordnungsgemäß angeboten worden ist.
