Umwandlungsrecht
(1) Ein Rechtsträger kann durch Formwechsel eine andere Rechtsform erhalten.
(2) Soweit nicht in diesem Buch etwas anderes bestimmt ist, gelten die Vorschriften über den Formwechsel nicht für Änderungen der Rechtsform, die in anderen Gesetzen vorgesehen oder zugelassen sind.
