Auf den Sachgründungsbericht (§ 5 Abs. 4 des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung) ist § 58 Abs. 1, auf den Gründungsbericht (§ 32 des Aktiengesetzes) § 75 Abs. 1 entsprechend anzuwenden.
