Ein Ausgliederungsbericht ist für die Körperschaft oder den Zusammenschluß nicht erforderlich. Das Organisationsrecht der Körperschaft oder des Zusammenschlusses bestimmt, ob und unter welchen Voraussetzungen ein Ausgliederungsbeschluß erforderlich ist.
