Erfaßt die Ausgliederung das gesamte Unternehmen des Einzelkaufmanns, so bewirkt die Eintragung der Ausgliederung nach § 131 das Erlöschen der von dem Einzelkaufmann geführten Firma. Das Erlöschen der Firma ist von Amts wegen in das Register einzutragen.
