§ 2 Abs. 1 Satz 3 bis 5, § 3 Abs. 3 und § 9 Abs. 3 Satz 1, soweit er auf § 2 Abs. 1 Satz 3 bis 5 und § 3 Abs. 3 verweist, treten am Tage nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Im übrigen tritt das Gesetz am 1. Januar 1981 in Kraft.
