Treibhausgas-Emissionshandelsgesetz
(1) Abweichend von Teil A Abschnitt 2 Nummer 34 des Anhangs gelten Seeverkehrstätigkeiten nach Artikel 2 Absatz 1b der EU-MRV-Seeverkehrsverordnung für die Jahre 2024 bis 2026 nicht als Seeverkehrstätigkeiten im Sinne dieses Gesetzes.
(2) Abweichend von Teil A Abschnitt 3 Nummer 4 des Anhangs gelten die Treibhausgase Methan und Distickstoffoxid für die Jahre 2024 und 2025 nicht als einbezogene Treibhausgase für Seeverkehrstätigkeiten.
