Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Gleichzeitig tritt die Sonderurlaubsverordnung in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 11. November 2004 (BGBl. I S. 2836), die zuletzt durch Artikel 15 Absatz 22 des Gesetzes vom 5. Februar 2009 (BGBl. I S. 160) geändert worden ist, außer Kraft.
