(1) Ordnungswidrig handelt, wer
- 1.
- entgegen § 6 Abs. 2 Satz 2 eine dort genannte Angabe nicht richtig oder nicht vollständig macht oder
- 2.
- entgegen § 12 Satz 1 eine Anzeige nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig erstattet.
(2) Die Ordnungswidrigkeit kann mit einer Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro geahndet werden.
