Die Mitglieder des Beirats sind verpflichtet, außerhalb ihres Amtes über alle Angelegenheiten, die ihrer Natur nach vertraulich sind, besonders über Namen und Persönlichkeit der Gefangenen und Untergebrachten, Verschwiegenheit zu bewahren. Dies gilt auch nach Beendigung ihres Amtes.
