(1) Im Interesse einer wirksamen Strafrechtspflege ist die richterliche Entscheidung mit Nachdruck und Beschleunigung zu vollstrecken.
(2) Durch Gnadengesuche sowie durch andere Gesuche und Eingaben darf die Vollstreckung grundsätzlich nicht verzögert werden.
