Leistet derjenige, gegen den sich die Anordnung richtet, Zahlungen auf die Anordnung der Einziehung des Wertersatzes nach den §§ 73c und 76a Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Strafgesetzbuches, auch in Verbindung mit § 76a Absatz 3 des Strafgesetzbuches, so gelten § 459h Absatz 2 sowie die §§ 459k und 459m entsprechend.
