Erfolgt zugunsten eines Angeklagten die Aufhebung des Urteils wegen Gesetzesverletzung bei Anwendung des Strafgesetzes und erstreckt sich das Urteil, soweit es aufgehoben wird, noch auf andere Angeklagte, die nicht Revision eingelegt haben, so ist zu erkennen, als ob sie gleichfalls Revision eingelegt hätten. § 47 Abs. 3 gilt entsprechend.
