Das Revisionsgericht hat auch dann nach § 354 zu verfahren, wenn es das Urteil aufhebt, weil zur Zeit der Entscheidung des Revisionsgerichts ein anderes Gesetz gilt als zur Zeit des Erlasses der angefochtenen Entscheidung.
