(1) Durch rechtzeitige Einlegung der Berufung wird die Rechtskraft des Urteils, soweit es angefochten ist, gehemmt.
(2) Dem Beschwerdeführer, dem das Urteil mit den Gründen noch nicht zugestellt war, ist es nach Einlegung der Berufung sofort zuzustellen.
