Strafprozessrecht
(1) Beweisanträge hat der Angeklagte bei dem Vorsitzenden des Gerichts zu stellen. Die hierauf ergehende Verfügung ist ihm bekanntzumachen.
(2) Beweisanträge des Angeklagten sind, soweit ihnen stattgegeben ist, der Staatsanwaltschaft mitzuteilen.
